Franchise

Interested in the possibility of owning and operating your own Grotto? We are looking for others who share our

philosophical alignment and committment to cleanliness, service & quality. We are open to hearing from interested

parties. We can tell you this would be like no other franchise opportunity. Why? We actually care about your success.

How can you buy into something that justs takes a your hard earned money and in return doesn't listen to it's community of

franchisees? That is why we prefer to call you partners, not a franchisee.

Key Points in our potential partner agreement that we feel seperate us from the corporate guys:

1. Low franchise fees. The average franchise fee is about $20k-$25k, often it is more. Us? $10k-$12k.

2. Fair Royalty fees. The average franchise fee is 5%-6% of GROSS reciepts. Us? 3% of NET SALES.

3. Market Flexibility. The average franchise allows little, if any modifications or additions to menu items. Us? Not all markets

are the same. We know this and are more than willing to work with our partners in order to maximize their potential.

4. No multiple levels of beauracacy. One person, one answer. Period.

5. No national advertising account that can go as high as 4% of your sales. It's your money, advertise how you feel it is

most effective. We will provide any TV or Radio ad tailored for you or our stock ads.

6. Constant everyday support. Labor, food, menu, employee, landlord, equipment, purveyors or anything else creating

issues we are there to help resolve.

Those are just some of the differences that we think make us a great partner. If you are interested, please feel free to

contact MarkColeman, Owner & Founder at mcoleman@gogrotto.com
