a locally and veteran owned, independent restaurant committed to hardwork, creativity and a passion for food done well. Opened in August of 2007, we have been steadily growing and recieving multiple "awards" and recognition from Springfield's most prestigious and well known publications.
A fast paced counter service restaurant that takes pride in it's fresh ingredients, time of service and cleanliness. All of our food is cooked to order, not under a heat lamp then "made to order". We put an emphasis on a more healthy menu with reasonable portion sizes and as much scratch cooking as possible.
